By listening to the body in silence and in motion, information can released. The body releases new postures and movements. This allows us to let go of old patterns that no longer fit. Space, development and growth are created.

In this series of paintings I represent the process of the expressions of the body. For me this process is an interesting and beautiful way to let go of old patterns that no longer fit.
